By keeping our service and maintenance of your tent up to date, our quality is high. We make sure that you enjoy your stretch tent with confidence, knowing that we are there to solve and prevent any problems. Our tents are extensively tested and we know exactly what they can handle. This allows us to give you the best advice and provide the most excellent service. Both during and after installation!
Service and maintenance under one tent
At Creative Tent Systems, we go beyond just supplying tents. We are your full-service partner:
- Training: We provide training on how to set up stretch tents wherever you are with our on-site or global training courses. We also have professional erection videos at our disposal.
- Safety: We have fire and safety certification for the Netherlands, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and the United States.
- Maintenance: We offer the customer periodic maintenance and inspection of the canopy. We provide disassembly at the end of the season, assembly at the beginning of the season, storage and cleaning.
- Service Contract: For the ultimate worry-free stretch tent experience, we offer customized service contracts.
- 48-hour support: Customers with a service subscription receive priority for emergency service in emergency situations. We always strive to help everyone to the best of our ability.
